Gili Eco Villas Terms and Conditions

Bookings
We can hold inquires for only 3 (three) working days from the date you have inquired, as after 3 (three) days we require to have a written inquiry hold request. If we do not receive any written inquiry hold request, we will release automatically. We can hold your written inquiry hold request for 7 (seven) working days. When the booking is confirmed, please send written booking confirmation with all the booking detail as per our Booking Form. Please note that all your data will be handled with strict confidentiality and used for no other purpose whatsoever.
We will then send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit of the total rental outlay. If we do not receive the deposit within 7 (seven) working days after the invoice is sent, we will release your booking request automatically. Bookings can only be guaranteed once a deposit has been received. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Last Minute Bookings A last minute booking is 3 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of a last minute booking made in Bali or Gili Trawangan, payment is to be pre-arranged through our office, and full payment must be made upon arrival.

Rates Our villas daily rental rates are quoted in United States dollars (USD) and subject to 21% government tax and service.

Seasonal Dates
Villa rental rates are quoted according to "High", and Low" season rates, which are detailed below:

Number of Guests
Our villas have a maximum number of guests which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests, we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment to assure a level of service and adequate bedding for your guest’s stay. Maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adult and 1 child under 12 yr/o. Check In and Check Out Time Check-in time is 11:00am on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10:00am on the day of departure. Late check-out until 3.00pm is possible if there is no other guests arriving in the same day your guest’s are departing. Check-out between 03.00pm – 06.00pm is charged at Rp. 250,000. Check-out later than 06.00pm is subject to one extra night. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for any lost or damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We will please to ask your guests to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure.

Insurance
We strongly recommend you to remind your guests that they take out a comprehensive insurance to protect them and all those that accompanying them for the full time of their visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend a health insurance that covers medical evacuation for emergencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised that Indonesian laws can be much more severe than those of other jurisdictions for certain violations of the law, particularly in regard to illegal substances such as drugs or prostitution. The Death Penalty is enforceable for drug related crimes. Any guests or their visitors using or possessing illegal drugs on the rental property, will be removed immediately from the premises and the local authorities will be contacted. Any rent money, including deposits will be forfeited. Please understand these strict policies are for the protection of the guests and the property owners and managers. It is understood that the undersigned is responsible for the actions of their guests and for seeing that all guests occupying a rental property have read and will abide by this rental agreement.

Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing
Any cancellation less than 3 days during low season and 14 days during high season prior to arrival is subject to 1 (one) night bedroom rate. Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival and or no show are subject to a full charge of the total room nights booked. A full refund will be considered for any cancellation caused by a force majeure, accident injure, severe health problem, or death. A written confirmation for these causes is required.

Payment Terms
To secure the booking, we require your written email confirmation to reserve the villa. We will then send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit of the total rental outlay. Once we receive your deposit we will then send you a confirmation & receipt by email. The balance of payment is required upon arrival. Once the balance payment is received it is non-refundable

Payment Conditions
Payments can be made either by Cash in USD, Rupiah, or other currencies; Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in USD, Rupiah, and Euro. For payment by cash in currencies other than USD (including payment in Rupiah), we will convert the USD rate into the currency applies on the day the payment is received.
For payment by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) at time of reservation we will inform you of our bank account details. Any bank transfer fees including corresponding bank charges are to be applied to your own bank account.
